The Challenge

The original infrastructure solution had been out-grown and Nisa-Today’s recognised that problems could potentially occur as demand on their IT systems continued to increase. It was imperative that the problem was tackled and batch processing time reduced to ensure the system continued to meet the current and future needs of the business. Nisa-Today’s wanted to improve its IT infrastructure, to virtualise and consolidate its systems, to support a growing customer base.

The Solution

Attenda worked closely with the in-house team at Nisa-Today’s to optimise and simplify the infrastructure, as well as upgrading the operating system, database and application servers. Attenda managed the solution from proof of concept, to operational golive, plus on-going operational management and support.
